Our bagels are, made from nuts, eggs, zucchini and seeds making them naturally low carb.

Suitable for GAPS Diet

Ingredients: Almond Meal, zucchini, free range eggs, pumpkin seeds, sunflower kernels, linseeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sea salt

Shelf life: 14 days refrigerated. Can be frozen up to three months. If freezing, best toasted from frozen
