Scorched Mocha

The Scorched Mocha would have to be my favorite all time cake that I make. It is rich and luxurious. Chocolate cake or even better chocolate mud cake layered covered with a mocha buttercream than Italian torched meringue topped with a chocolate cookie crumb and chocolate ganache . Just wow !!! 

Its best used the day you pick up 

Pick up is in Tabletop just outside of Albury NSW
